Tracks Subdivisions for all unincorporated areas in Los Angeles County (and a few contracted cities) taken in by the Department of Regional Planning. Any subdivision that creates a maximum of 4 lots is a Parcel Map, and any subdivision that creates 5 or more lots is known as a Tract Map.
