Economic Opportunity Areas are areas in the Antelope valley where major infrastructure projects are being planned by state and regional agencies, which would bring tremendous opportunities for growth and economic development in the vicinity of these projects. These projects include the High Desert Corridor and the Northwest 138 Corridor Improvement Project - both being undertaken by Metro and Caltrans.
