 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This layer was updated in conjunction with the update of the Marina Del Rey Local Coastal Plan, as there were parcels that were identified for modification. This layer was made official when it was Certified by the Coastal Commission, and adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 20, 2012. Additionally, the linework itself was updated for further accuracy, using the original Lease Parcels Map from the County Engineer (originally drawn in 1960, revised in 1987), and CAD linework from Los Angeles County Public Works. A more detailed description of this update can be found in \"<\/SPAN><SPAN STYLE=\"font-style:italic;\">...\\DRP_CURRENT_PLANNING\\special_projects\\support\\MDR_update\\Parcel_Update_Methodology.docx<\/SPAN><SPAN>\".<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Update History:<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>08-22-2024 - Easterly boundary of Lease Parcel 56 extended 12 feet to the east, and corresponding portion of westerly boundary of Lease Parcel W likewise extended 12 feet to the east.  Edited by C. Morneau, GISP (DRP Principal GIS Analyst) in response to a request for interpretation and adjustment from Natasha Robinson (DBH Senior Real Property Agent, Asset Management Division) in consideration of Amendment No. 1 to Lease Parcel 56, dated 02-11-1969.
